The rooms could use a renovation, even in times of Corona this is possible, was in other hotels that took advantage of the lockdown.

Haven't eaten this bad for a long time. I had the vegetarian Hoorische with wild mushroom ragout. I do not expect star cuisine or the like from a village restaurant, but if the "forest mushroom ragout" turns out to be one Glutamate-dripping ready-made sauce with a few sloppy mushrooms and the dumplings don't taste like anything, that's very disappointing. Also tried the other dishes my family / friends ordered and it wasn't much better either. The only thing that was ok was the salad, which was at least fresh, if a bit sour. Service was okay. Unfortunately, I can't understand the great reviews beforehand, but maybe the chef has recently changed ...;)

Simple hotel with good home cooking.

Quiet hotel with simple rooms. The rooms could use a renovation but are clean and functional. The restaurant has a small menu and the dishes are of good quality. Breakfast is good too. The staff is very friendly. The host has a few tips for excursions and activities for everyone. Whether family with children, hikers, cyclists or with a motorcycle, everyone is welcome here.

Super service, everything fits

Food was okay but the conditions were miserable. Had to wait forever, even though the restaurant was empty on a Saturday evening.

Schnitzel just awesome

We were on a hike and in transit. We took a breather in the Waldesruh restaurant and drank a beer. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff / owner deserve special mention. Hence this good feedback.

You will always be pleasantly surprised, as well as here. From the outside rather inconspicuous the restaurant shines with a great value for money. I have rarely eaten such a good schnitzel. The service is friendly, the food is delivered quickly and tastes really good. What more do you want.

The complete renovation of the rooms is completed. I know the hotel for a long time and still the old condition of the rooms. Things have really changed here. Restaurant, cleanliness and cordiality is as big as ever in this house.
